We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our Day Services and Supported Living departments. This role keeps our programs running smoothly by providing clerical support, managing documentation, and ensuring accuracy across multiple systems.
What You’ll Do

Cover both front desks within the program building during breaks, vacations, or absences
- Assist the Admin building & Grants House Front desk for meetings or vacations (as needed)

Create and assign training modules to Catalyst and ADA staff

Track and monitor transportation billing documentation for accuracy and completion

Manage and maintain files in Provide and ensure compliance with documentation standards

Answer phones, greet visitors, and route calls or inquiries professionally

Support departmental leadership with scheduling, filing, and data entry

Maintain office supply inventory and general lobby organization
What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED required

1 year of administrative or office experience preferred

Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, UKG, and database systems)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
