Waatti Contracting is a growing Wilmington-based contractor specializing in the construction, resurfacing, and repair of tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and other recreational facilities. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who takes pride in quality workmanship.
We have an immediate opening for someone with construction experience, and concrete finishing experience is a major plus. If you're reliable, willing to learn, and enjoy working outdoors, we'd like to talk with you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with tennis, pickleball, and basketball court construction
- Apply acrylic sport court coatings using squeegees (training provided)
- Concrete placement, finishing, and repair
- Surface preparation, crack repairs, pressure washing, and masking
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work efficiently as part of a small, professional crew
Qualifications
- Construction experience required
- Concrete finishing experience preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Pay & Benefits
- $22–$30 per hour depending on experience
