Job Description
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Monitor and recognize changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with other disciplines to provide individualized patient care
- Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
- Embrace Ochsner’s commitment to learning by educating patients and families on treatment modalities and disease processes
