Key Responsibilities:
- Review, validate, and process customer contracts with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the full contract lifecycle, including contract creation, amendments, renewals, approvals, and maintenance.
- Manage daily contract administration activities and provisioning processes.
- Ensure data integrity across contract management and back-office systems.
- Monitor contract status and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Partner with internal teams to facilitate timely contract approvals and customer onboarding.
- Support account management and customer retention initiatives through accurate contract execution.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with reporting, auditing, and documentation related to contract management activities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems.
Preferred:
- 1 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, operations, customer support, or a related business function.
- Experience working with customer contracts, procurement processes, or utility/energy-related services.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and back-office operational platforms.
