Warehouse Supervisor

Overview

A fast-growing eCommerce company specializing in branded footwear and apparel is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day fulfillment operations. With rapid growth and the launch of a new fulfillment center, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead from the front while building and managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead, schedule, and manage a team of warehouse associates
• Set and enforce productivity, accuracy, and safety standards
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and performance management
• Implement process improvements to optimize workflows and reduce errors
• Ensure inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems
• Operate and supervise the safe use of forklifts and other equipment
• Coordinate with leadership on forecasting, staffing, and operational planning
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant facility
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience
• Forklift certification required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Hands-on approach with willingness to work alongside the team
• Experience with fulfillment workflows and warehouse management systems
• Detail-oriented with a strong process-driven mindset
• Ability to make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment
• eCommerce or apparel/footwear fulfillment experience preferred
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 - $75,000 (DOE)

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Flexibility required during peak periods and occasional weekends
