- A well-established and expanding Ohio defense firm is seeking a Litigation / Trial Attorney who's ready to take ownership of their caseload and play a meaningful role in case strategy and trial work.

- Independently manage a caseload from intake through resolution or trial
- Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Take and defend fact and expert depositions
- Draft, argue, and strategize motions
- Evaluate cases and develop litigation strategy
- Communicate directly with clients and provide regular reporting
- Serve as trial counsel when appropriate
- Personal Injury Defense
- Auto Liability / Accidents
- Insurance Coverage & Defense
- 3 years of civil defense litigation experience
- Active Ohio Bar license (required)
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and make strategic decisions
- Comfortable collaborating within a team-oriented environment
