The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, reviewing cases, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Duties
- Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of issues related to Tax Law.
- Prepare and review legal documents/cases.
- Conduct legal research using tools to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' interests.
- Develop case strategies by analyzing evidence and formulating arguments for litigation.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of various areas of law including Tax Law.
- Proven experience in litigation with a track record of successful outcomes.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
