We are seeking a Splicing Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years Proven Experience as a Team Leader· Solid Technical Background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in high-split construction projects.
• Solid Organizational Skills, including attention to details and Multi-Tasking
• Great Customer Relation and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Dynamic Problem Solver for multiple crews and able to anticipate potential problems and create solutions to avert potential pitfalls.
• Efficient Leader, able to inspire and motivate staff to work together towards project oriented goals
• Must be able to travel CONUS, extensively

• Ingress/Egress Mitigation
• Optical Node Bi-Directional Optimizations and Setups
• DOCSIS Performance Tools
• All Aspects of Line Maintenance
• ISP Optical Transmitters and Receivers
• ISP Combining and Distribution Networks
• Fiber Installation, Splicing and Performance Testing
• Coaxial Installation, Splicing and Performance Testing
• SDA-5000/DSAM-6300/Viavi Digital Measurement and Testing Operation
• TDR/FDR Operation
• Read OSP Design and Asbuild Maps
