- Supervise trade contractors and daily field operations.
- Enforce safety standards and conduct weekly inspections.
- Monitor work quality, schedules, and site logistics.
- Review drawings/submittals and maintain detailed jobsite records.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve issues and meet milestones.
- 5 years as Superintendent on commercial projects.
- Proficient in blueprints, Procore, MS Office/365.
- OSHA 10 certified; valid driver's license; English fluency (bilingual a plus).
- Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Travel & Logistics
- Daily commute to sites required.
- Lodging daily allowance for sites >2hrs away.
- Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement.
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
