We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support preconstruction efforts for commercial construction projects in both the public and private sectors. This role is with a General Contractor and focuses on renovation and ground-up projects ranging from $5M to $30M.
The Senior Estimator will play a critical role in pricing strategy, bid development, and preconstruction coordination, while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior estimators.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial and government projects
- Perform estimating across all CSI divisions
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor bids
- Support bid strategy, value engineering, and scope reviews
- Collaborate closely with project management and leadership during preconstruction
- Mentor and support junior members of the estimating team
- Ensure compliance with all public-sector bidding requirements
- Minimum 7 years of estimating experience with a commercial General Contractor
- Proven experience estimating projects valued $5M-$30M
- Background in both public (government) and private-sector construction
- Experience with renovation and ground-up construction projects
- Familiarity with CSP, Design-Build, and CMAR delivery methods
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
- Proficiency with estimating and takeoff tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift, or similar
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
