Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support and lead the design of electrical systems for commercial, manufacturing, food processing, healthcare, hospitality, education, and corporate facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design for new construction and renovation projects
- Design power distribution, lighting, grounding, emergency power, and low voltage systems
- Support coordination for manufacturing and food processing equipment
- Prepare construction documents, calculations, and specifications
- Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, process, architectural, and structural teams
- Interface directly with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Mentor junior engineers and support QA/QC processes
- Assist with construction administration and field coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- 10 years of progressive experience in a consulting engineering environment
- Strong communication skills and experience with construction documentation and client management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and applicable energy codes
- Proficiency in Revit and electrical design tools
- Experience with controls integration and PLC systems is a plus
- Manufacturing or industrial facility experience is a plus
- $90,000 - $120,000 per year
