Key Responsibilities
- Perform civil engineering design for water resources, site development, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare engineering plans, specifications, technical reports, and construction documents.
- Develop and review CAD drawings using AutoCAD.
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analyses.
- Support water resources planning and stormwater management initiatives.
- Prepare and coordinate local, state, and federal permit applications.
- Participate in construction administration activities and project oversight.
- Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule expectations.
- Utilize strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to deliver project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Biological Systems Engineering, Bio-Agricultural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 6-10 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure within one year.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Educational background or experience in Water Resources Engineering.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
- Experience in Green Infrastructure Design.
- GIS experience.
- Construction Administration experience.
- Knowledge of permitting and regulatory compliance processes.

- Ability to relocate to the Phoenixville, PA area prior to employment if necessary
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
