- Work with closely with the project management team to develop and implement the quality assurance plan, providing insight, guidance, and perspective on quality assurance initiatives for our projects.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and guidance to the quality assurance team in developing and implementing process reviews, recommending improvements, and collaborating with all other departments to implement change.
- Provide leadership and management to ensure that the project management systems are utilized effectively in support of a project management led organization.
- Be responsible for organizing and facilitating monthly status meetings, resource capacity meetings, and coordinating with the teams to ensure the quality of processes.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable with work attendance.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret blueprints, system design documents, and contract literature.
- Keep project team informed of project developments and progress.
- Accurately complete all required company and customer assigned documentation for each assignment.
- Work with project team to resolve quality problems within the quality.
- Travel is required - Approximately 75-90%
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 3-5 years scheduling experience for civil construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence all stakeholders including colleagues, internal executives, and client representatives
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Strong written, verbal communication, and collaboration
