One of our clients is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the Cleveland, OH area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background working for a General Contractor (GC) and at least 7 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Candidates with experience in fuel station construction are especially encouraged to apply. Experience with high-end luxury hotel construction is a strong plus.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who has worked for a General Contractor and can independently manage complex projects, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. Candidates with fuel station construction experience should be prioritized, while luxury hotel construction experience would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Coordinate project activities with owners, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved
- Manage subcontractor performance and project coordination
- Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders
- Track project costs, documentation, and financial performance
- Identify and resolve project issues and potential risks
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and project requirements
- Maintain clear and timely communication with project stakeholders
- Utilize construction management software and other technology tools to manage project information and documentation
- 7 years of experience in a Project Manager role
- Previous experience working for a General Contractor (GC)
- Strong commercial construction background
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
- Tech-savvy with modern construction management software and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and report daily to the Mentor, OH office
- Fuel station construction experience strongly preferred
