This individual will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, managing budgets, analyzing project costs, and supporting successful project delivery through effective coordination with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for concrete construction projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Develop and manage project budgets and cost projections
- Price project changes, change orders, and scope revisions
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
- Monitor project costs and maintain quality and scheduling expectations
- Assist in pre-construction planning and bid preparation
- Maintain organized estimating documentation and reporting
- Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in concrete construction
- Strong knowledge of cast-in-place concrete projects and construction estimating practices
- Experience with estimating and construction management software
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Previous experience within concrete contracting or related construction environments required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to commute to Apex, NC
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong understanding of project budgeting and cost control
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
