The Production Technical Lead will play an important role in ensuring production work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining established quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble high-frequency drive systems, components, and subassemblies with precision and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and accurately during assembly and production activities.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and production standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical and electrical assembly issues.
- Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and assembly-related paperwork.
- Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify and resolve production issues.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe production environment.
- Proven experience in electronics assembly, electrical/mechanical manufacturing, or a related skilled trade.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools with precision and attention to safety.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized production documentation.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic assembly and production issues.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with high-frequency drives, motors, spindles, or similar industrial equipment.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or industrial equipment assembly.
- Familiarity with electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Previous lead or technical leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Requires frequent use of hand and power tools.
