Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, and CNC Boring Mills to produce precision components
- Set up and program CNC machines based on engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize machining processes for accuracy and efficiency
- Manufacture one-off and small-batch complex components with tight tolerances
- Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with dimensional and quality standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure optimal machine performance
- Adjust programs, tooling, and setups to improve production quality and efficiency
- Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) for inspection and verification
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on custom machining solutions, fixtures, and tooling
- Hands-on experience programming and operating CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, and/or CNC Boring Mills
- Strong CNC machining experience in precision, tight-tolerance environments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical prints
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and machine setup
- Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Experience in job shop or low-volume custom manufacturing environment
