Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive plumbing system designs, including domestic water supply, sanitary drainage, stormwater management, and gas distribution.
- Perform hydraulic calculations to determine flow rates, pipe sizes, pressure drops, and overall system performance.
- Ensure all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability best practices.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.
- Minimum of 8 years of plumbing design experience in the AEC industry.
- Working knowledge of BIM/Revit software is a plus.
- Experience in medical gas design is preferred but not required.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) is a plus but not required.
- Salary will be commensurate with years of experience.
