Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients requiring rehabilitation.
- Perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care.
- Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Develop appropriate care plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation settings.
- Strong knowledge of treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to develop and implement care plans for patients of various ages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in acute care or discharge planning.
- Experience or specialization in:
- Pain management
- Geriatrics
- Pediatrics
- Orthopedic therapy
