Personal Lines Account Executive

This is an in-office role with no remote work available. This role is ideal for an ambitious, organized individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Above all, we seek a dedicated team player eager to grow within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex insurance coverages and recommend appropriate policies
• Service existing accounts, including client communication, policy changes, renewals, payments, and claims
• Sell personal policies to inbound leads-no cold calling or sales outreach required!
• Proactively shop and re-market existing policy renewals as needed
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell Personal Lines accounts to drive growth
• Utilize CRM to track sales activities and customer interactions
• Communicate with insurance carrier underwriters and claims adjusters

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools
• At least one year of insurance agency experience preferred
• Knowledge of Personal Insurance Lines coverages is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and a go-getter attitude
• If unlicensed, must be willing to obtain a P&C license-we cover training & licensing fees!
