Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage personal insurance accounts, including home, auto, and other coverage needs.
- Assist with insurance quotes, renewals, onboarding, and policy servicing.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage and grow existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry practices, and continuing education requirements.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid insurance license.
- 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Preferred: Associate's or bachelor's degree and relevant insurance industry designations.

Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
