Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial and diagnostic assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Perform crisis assessments and stabilization when needed
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
- Coordinate care with community providers and support systems
- Deliver evidence-based, client-centered care
Required
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Eligible to work as a therapist in Pennsylvania
- LPC, LCSW, PsyD, LMFT, or other behavioral health licensure
- One year of behavioral health experience
- Experience providing outpatient therapy

- Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time schedules
- Daytime hours available
- Evening availability is highly preferred
- Weekend opportunities available
- Fee-for-Service (FFS) model
- $30 /billable hour
- $15/hour paid for mandatory meetings and required training
- Full-time clinicians generally maintain 30 billable hours per week
