Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities across multiple car wash locations, ensuring smooth operations at each site.
• Drive sales and growth at each site
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to foster a productive team environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of all sites to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with a positive attitude while maintaining professionalism.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven supervising or management experience in car wash industry with emphasis on driving sales and site growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members across multiple locations
