We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT/MT) to join a hospital-based laboratory team on the night shift. This role is responsible for performing diagnostic laboratory testing, analyzing results, maintaining laboratory equipment, and supporting high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic laboratory testing and analyze results accurately
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Follow quality control and laboratory safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and laboratory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of test results
• Support efficient laboratory workflow and patient care delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in:
• Medical Technology
• Clinical Laboratory Science
• Or related field
• ASCP or AMT certification required
• Prior hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Strong laboratory skills and understanding of laboratory medicine
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
