Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to maximize operational efficiency
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintain maintenance schedules
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve manufacturing operations
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
- Hands-on experience with preventative maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of manufacturing tools, equipment, and production processes
- Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience working in ISO 9001:2015 or similar quality-controlled environments preferred
- Familiarity with maintenance tracking or scheduling software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or technical certification in a related field preferred
- Experience in electrical wiring, cable assembly, or related manufacturing industries is a plus
