Essential Job Functions
- Prepares documentation for commercial real estate loan renewals and modifications.
- Prepare documentation for Letters of Credit.
- Prepare documentation for commercial non-real estate documents while maintaining service level standards.
- Prepare documentation for consumer loans while maintaining service level standards.
- Prepare New Vendor Forms for new vendors with invoices due on new loans.
- Receive high level accuracy on job related functions.
- Clears monthly exceptions as it pertains to loans processed;
- Provide back up support for other Processes as needed;
- Other duties as requested by their supervisor or other management representatives of the bank.
Qualification Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-5 years banking experience with 2-3 years training and familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within loan operations area or 1-2 years processing experience
- Must maintain customer confidentiality.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Advanced computer, calculator and typing skills
- Knowledge of regulatory, legal, and bank regulation
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related and/or consistent with business necessity.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of self or others.
- Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push or pull or otherwise move objects within the immediate work station.
- Must be able to walk, sit or stand frequently, up to 50% of the time.
- Must be able to tolerate encounters with coworkers and customers under the following conditions: atmospheric pollutants or allergens, including but not limited to fumes, odors, dusts, poor ventilation; changes in indoor/outdoor temperatures encountered in travel between buildings and branches.
- Other physical attributes required to successfully perform the essential functions above include finger agility, talking, and listening.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
