An established law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience to join its growing personal injury practice. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and hands-on litigation experience from case filing through trial.

- Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Prepare clients and witnesses for testimony.
- Attend mediations, hearings, and case management conferences.
- Coordinate with medical providers and expert witnesses.
- Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients.
- Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
- 2-5 years of civil litigation experience (PI preferred).
- Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
- Experience handling depositions and court hearings.
- Excellent organizational and client communication skills.
- Interest in developing as a plaintiff's trial lawyer.
- Personal injury experience preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) required.
- Minimum 2 years of legal experience.
- In-person position.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
