- Handle litigation matters including personal injury, premises liability, habitability, products liability, and transportation-related claims
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist with discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Review and analyze documents for relevance and privilege
- Prepare exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials
- Appear in court, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- U.S. citizen
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Knowledge of California civil procedure and court filing requirements
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
