Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical services and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients as needed.
- Deliver behavioral health services to children in a school-based setting.
- Coordinate care and ensure effective communication among clinical team members, patients, families, and referral partners.
- Participate in quality improvement and performance improvement initiatives.
- Assess psychosocial factors and provide relevant information to physicians and healthcare team members to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding psychiatric treatment, care plans, and ongoing services.
- Connect patients and families with appropriate community resources.
- Assist patients in understanding, accepting, and following medical recommendations.
- Provide consultation, education, and training to staff regarding mental health and substance use concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress, treatment plans, and service delivery in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Participate in clinical meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Prepare psychosocial assessments and reports as part of individualized treatment plans.
- Provide developmentally appropriate care based on patient age, needs, and stage of development.
- Maintain current clinical knowledge and professional practices.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Education & Experience
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
- Minimum of three years of professional clinical experience preferred.
- Current state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Valid driver's license required.

Salary : $72,800 - $80,000
