About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and patient-focused Audiologist, Hearing Instrument Specialist, or fourth-year Audiology resident to join our growing team in Reno, Nevada. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional hearing healthcare, using state-of-the-art technology and personalized care to improve patients' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and hearing aid screenings
- Fit and dispense hearing aids tailored to individual patient needs
- Provide ongoing patient counseling, education, and support
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in hearing technology
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and care plans
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient experiences
- Educate patients on hearing health and preventative care practices
- Hands-on experience with hearing assessments, fittings, and hearing aid dispensing
- Strong background in rehabilitative and preventative counseling
- Up-to-date knowledge of hearing aid technologies and industry trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient relationship skills
- Detail-oriented with solid record-keeping and case management abilities
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about hearing healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Speech and Hearing Sciences, or a related field
- Audiology residents must be in their 4th year of an accredited Au.D. program
- Current certification or licensure as an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist
