- Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding aggressive revenue targets through relationship-based engagement with high-net-worth individuals and corporate collectors.
- Cultivate and expand a global network of collectors, art advisors, and institutional buyers to strengthen the gallery's market presence.
- Develop pricing models and primary/secondary market strategies that maximize artist value and gallery profitability.
- Curate and execute a high-impact annual exhibition calendar featuring both local and international artists.
- Design and oversee ongoing programming including talks, VIP previews, and cultural activations aligned with current art and market trends.
- Oversee the gallery's physical and digital presentation to ensure compelling storytelling and collector engagement.
- Identify and secure partnerships with luxury brands, real estate developers, and cultural institutions to generate additional revenue streams.
- Represent the gallery at major art fairs and within the local arts community to increase visibility and influence.
- Recruit and develop relationships with artists aligned with the gallery's aesthetic and commercial goals.
- Mentor and lead gallery staff while fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
- Manage day-to-day gallery operations including P&L oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and international logistics/installations.
- Oversee inventory management, record-keeping, and insurance compliance for a high-volume collection.
- 7-10 years of leadership experience in a commercial gallery, auction house, or luxury art advisory environment.
- Proven track record of closing six-figure art sales and managing high-net-worth client relationships.
- Strong understanding of contemporary, urban, and street art with the ability to communicate artistic value effectively.
- Deep knowledge of the art market, including pricing trends, secondary market dynamics, and artist contract negotiations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
