- Sketch/Measure with i-pad and be technologically fluent
- Ability to operate full size trucks and competently tow/ back up trailers
- Weekly inventory check in shop
- Stage material end of day for installation following day
- High communication with customers and coworkers
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a high-growth, hard-working environment and will roll up their sleeves to do whatever is necessary to push the company forward while contributing to the strategic direction of the organization
- You should have 2 years experience in residential and commercial flooring
- Ability to interact with owners, contractors and subcontractors to effectively present information and answer questions such as budgets, proposals.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

- Excellent written, verbal communication skills

- Job Type: Full-time
- Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm. This position is a deadline-driven position, which at times may require work outside of office hours but mostly does not.
- Salary Base Compensation with a company truck and cell phone.(Salary negotiable bases on 90 day review of performance) Benefits include health insurance stipend, PTO and 401k match 3%
