Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate day-to-day field operations for roofing and exterior construction projects.
- Communicate effectively with customers, field teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor job-site activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
- Assist with identifying and resolving field issues and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Apply knowledge of roofing products and installation practices; siding knowledge is a plus.
- Safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and job-site machinery as needed.
- Perform physical labor and assist with field activities when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and project information.
- Manage priorities and schedules effectively to support timely project completion.
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements.
- Participate in training, coaching, and continuous professional development.
- Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- 4 years of experience in the roofing industry.
- OSHA knowledge or training; OSHA certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of roofing products and materials.
- Siding product knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and job-site machinery.
- Ability to perform physical labor when required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
