- Handle family law matters from inception through resolution, including divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, and post-judgment issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Appear in court for hearings, motions, mediation, and negotiations.
- Independently manage a full caseload while working within a supportive team environment.
- 3 years of New Jersey family law experience (10 years or a portable book of business strongly preferred).
- Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, research, and writing skills.
- Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
