This role is designed for a title professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of the real estate transaction lifecycle from inception to final closing. You will be responsible for the seamless execution of escrow files, ensuring that all legal and financial requirements are met while leading an escrow team to deliver a superior experience for buyers, sellers, and agents.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of real estate escrow transactions, including opening, managing, and final closing of files.
Team Leadership: Direct and manage escrow teams to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to firm standards.
Document Processing: Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all closing documents, including settlement statements, deeds, and affidavits.
Compliance & Quality: Maintain strict adherence to Texas title insurance regulations, escrow procedures, and federal compliance laws.
Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, and lenders.
Software Integration: Utilize escrow processing systems (Qualia experience highly preferred) to manage workflows and maintain data integrity.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in real estate escrow and title transactions within the state of Texas.
Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of escrow procedures, real estate documentation, and relevant closing regulations.
Software Skills: Proficiency in escrow processing software; experience with Qualia is a significant advantage.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills for navigating complex professional relationships.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
