- We're seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for estimating, selling, coordinating, and managing commercial and residential electrical projects from initial customer contact through project completion.

- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for commercial and residential projects
- Manage projects from award through completion
- Coordinate labor, materials, schedules, and inspections
- Track project costs, change orders, and profitability
- Communicate with customers, contractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Support business development and community networking efforts
- 10 years of electrical industry experience
- Estimating and/or project management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential electrical systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Commission and performance bonuses

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
