The Electrical Estimator/Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Duncan, SC. The Electrical Estimator/Project Manager prepares proposals, participates in bid reviews, and supports contract negotiations. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling electrical projects, coordinating with field supervisors and electricians, tracking costs, managing change orders, and maintaining project documentation. The role oversees job progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with electrical codes and customer requirements, while communicating regularly with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders about timelines, budgets, and project status.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Electrical Estimating skills, including reading blueprints and specifications, preparing accurate take-offs, and developing competitive proposals.
- Candidates should possess Cost Control skills, such as budget tracking, forecasting, change order management, and financial reporting for electrical projects.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Contracting experience, including knowledge of installation practices, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite workflows.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Electricity and electrical systems, including codes, standards, and safety practices.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience as an electrical estimator, project manager, or similar role in commercial or industrial construction.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in estimation and project management software (e.g., Excel, estimating tools, scheduling platforms).

Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
