This role supports the Bank's commercial real estate lending operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant loan closings. - Manage the end-to-end closing process for commercial real estate loans
- Review approved loan files to identify and satisfy pre-closing conditions
- Update and maintain loan origination systems (LOS)
- Examine loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Calculate financial figures and prepare closing documentation
- Review tax searches and validate escrow holdback amounts
- Assess hazard insurance certificates for compliance and escrow accuracy
- Ensure consistency of loan terms across all documentation
- Coordinate with underwriters, loan officers, legal counsel, and internal departments
- Communicate with external parties to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely closings
- Monitor closing timelines to meet established deadlines
- Review settlement statements and disbursement schedules
- Initiate loan funding through wire transfers and system entries
- Conduct post-closing reviews to confirm completeness of loan binders
- Provide support to team members in a collaborative environment
- Ensure adherence to Bank policies and federal/state regulatory requirements

- Strong knowledge of commercial lending regulations, procedures, and documentation
