What You'll Do
- Track, analyze, and report on financial accounts / spending
- Financial reporting and projections
- Disbursements
- Manage Profit First Budget system
- Translate financial data into recommendations
- Improve financial systems, controls, and reporting cadence
- Supervise and develop bookkeeping staff
- Coordinate with outside CPA, tax, payroll, and banking partners
- 7 years of accounting or finance experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn numbers into action
- Experience building dashboards and reporting systems
- High ownership, good judgment, and strong confidentiality
- Expert in QuickBooks and Excel
Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
