- Create CNC programs using CAM software (Mastercam, CATIA)
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining
- Use CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for part and fixture design
- Set up and optimize CNC lathes and milling machines
- Apply GD&T and inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, CMM)
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
- Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation and follow safety standards
- CNC programming experience with Mazak, Haas, or Siemens controls
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA)
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Hands-on CNC lathe and mill experience
- Mechanical aptitude and tooling knowledge
- Ability to work independently or in a team with strong attention to detail.
