Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining processes
- Experience with Milling and operating various types of industrial machinery
- Strong understanding of Quality Control standards and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in CNC programming and setup is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
