Role - CNC Programmer

Location - Mesa, AZ

Position Overview

A stone fabrication company in the east valley is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer, ideally experienced with Park Industries equipment, and possessing knowledge of Alpha Cam and Slabsmith. This role is responsible for programming CNC saws used in the fabrication of custom natural stone products. The ideal candidate will have CNC experience, strong programming skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and modify CNC programs to optimize cutting paths and minimize waste.
• Maximize material usage and report labor/machine time for project tracking.
• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD files.
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using applied math and measuring tools.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and conformance with specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and production teams to meet deadlines.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  
  

Qualifications

• CNC programming and operation experience; stone fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings with strong spatial reasoning.
• Strong math skills, including addition, subtraction, and visualization of measurements.
• Ability to read and write English for work orders, blueprints, and safety instructions.
• Detail-oriented and team-oriented.
