Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, in-person/field-based role supporting us SUD PHP/IOP program in the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area.

We're looking for someone with direct business development experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or a closely related healthcare setting. Ideally, we want someone who already understands the referral landscape and has existing relationships in the market.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining referral relationships with detox/residential facilities, hospitals, treatment programs, therapists, CSBs, sober living programs, healthcare providers, and other community partners
• Being consistently out in the community meeting referral sources and developing new relationships
• Generating qualified referrals and helping drive census growth
• Following up regularly with existing referral partners
• Identifying new referral opportunities throughout Hampton Roads and surrounding markets
• Attending networking events, conferences, community events, and industry meetings
• Working closely with our admissions and leadership teams to track referrals and understand which relationships are producing
• Representing us professionally and helping build our reputation in the local behavioral health/SUD community
• We're looking for someone who is energetic, outgoing, relationship-driven and results-oriented. This is not a desk marketing position. We need someone who enjoys being in the field, opening doors, building relationships and ultimately producing referrals.
