Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
- Manage bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
- Track expenses and record financial transactions
- Assist with payroll processing
- Support audit preparation and maintain supporting documentation
- Maintain organized digital and paper financial records
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to manage client accounts
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members regarding bookkeeping matters
- Bookkeeping experience required
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online preferred
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Payroll processing experience preferred (but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills
- Flexible and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software
- A team player who enjoys helping where needed
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
