Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across home, school, and community settings.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with BACB, Medicaid, and insurance requirements.
- Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with ethical and professional standards.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong clinical decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
