Qualifications & Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
- Current BCBA certification and applicable state licensure required
- Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course preferred, or willingness to complete it
- Experience providing ABA services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising RBTs or clinical staff
- Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience partnering with parents/caregivers and providing education and training
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across clinical and educational settings
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between assigned locations
- Ability to pass required background screening
- Availability to work weekday daytime hours, including occasional evening shifts as needed
- Ability to safely respond to challenging behaviors and lift up to 50 lbs when required
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
