Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Our Client, based in Kill Devil Hills, NC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for patients, conduct functional assessments (FAs), and design intervention plans.
Key responsibilities include supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), monitoring therapy implementation, and collaborating closely with families and caregivers to ensure optimal treatment outcomes. The BCBA will maintain detailed documentation, analyze progress data, and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to meet the needs of each patient.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including conducting Functional Assessments (FAs) and developing intervention plans
- Strong skills in supervising, training, and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
- Proficiency in data analysis, progress monitoring, and updating treatment strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience with in-home therapy and working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders is highly desirable
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensure meeting North Carolina requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home therapy visits
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
