Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA practices
- Design, implement, and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
- Utilize assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ESDM, PEAK, ABLLS, Vineland, IISCA, PFA, and other approved assessments
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection, analysis, and treatment modifications
- Provide weekly supervision, training, and clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote generalization and long-term success
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, educators, and school teams
- Maintain accurate documentation, treatment plans, behavior plans, and insurance-required clinical records
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling with the ability to create your own schedule
- Hours: Typically between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM
- Billable Requirement: Minimum 30 billable hours per week for full-time clinicians
- Additional Earnings Opportunity: Clinicians may choose to work beyond minimum billable expectations for increased compensation
- Caseload: Approximately 8-10 clients, depending on client needs, insurance authorizations, and clinician preference
- Approximately 60% In-Home Services
- Approximately 40% Daycare/Community-Based Services
- Weekly supervision of assigned RBTs/BTs
- Most clients are supported by a consistent therapist to promote treatment fidelity and continuity of care
- Limited hybrid opportunities available for documentation, assessments, parent training, and other approved clinical activities
- Children ages 2-12 years
- Individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Services provided in home, daycare, and community environments
Required
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Ability to obtain applicable state licensure within 30 days of hire
- Minimum 6 months of BCBA experience
- Minimum 2 years of prior RBT experience
- Experience developing treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and skill acquisition programs
- Strong clinical documentation and report-writing skills
- Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas
- Experience with Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs)
- Experience with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA)
- Experience with Skill-Based Treatment (SBT)
- Experience in home-based and community-based ABA settings
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
