Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and/or Case Supervisors
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and update goals and programming as needed
- Maintain data accuracy, reliability, and fidelity checks
- Lead regular progress meetings with families and care teams
- Provide parent education and training based on individualized treatment plans
- Ensure timely completion of documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
- Coordinate and deliver competency-based staff training
- Supervise fieldwork hours for student analysts when applicable
- Maintain professional communication with families, caregivers, and team members
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and developments in ABA and autism treatment
- Travel to assigned service locations within the designated service area
- Flexible scheduling - schedules are typically determined by the BCBA based on client needs and productivity expectations
- Evening or weekend work may be required depending on client availability
- Up to 50% of direct services may be provided remotely for clients within the region
- Indirect services and documentation may be completed via telehealth
Required:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Social Work, Child Development, or related field
- Ability to pass background screening and maintain required clearances
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Knowledge of evidence-based ABA methodologies such as Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Functional Communication Training (FCT), Behavior Skills Training (BST)
- Primarily in-home services (varies by region)
- Travel required within approximately a 25-mile radius
- Mileage and drive time reimbursement provided
