- Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning services using specialized equipment and tools.
- Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Safely operate company vehicles and maintain cleanliness and organization of work equipment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about services performed, estimates, and maintenance recommendations.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards on every job.
- Report job progress, equipment issues, and customer concerns to the operations manager.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and time tracking using company software.
- 1 year of experience in HVAC, air duct cleaning, or related home services preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Comfortable using mobile apps or job management systems to log work
